How do we work together?

What does treatment look like?
Diagnosis
The first three sessions will focus on evaluating your current situation, including struggles but also your strengths and resources to overcome them. We will agree on how to work together, and the goals of treatment. Remember, the first session is always FREE!
Counseling or psychotherapy session
50-minute session. We begin with a mood check and setting the agenda, the topics that will be discussed during the session, we review homework if any, and any important event between sessions. In-session exercises, such as breathing or relaxation are also done. We always finish mentioning the highlights of the session and asking for feedback from the clients.
